1. Candle classes and parties are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your event.

2. If you are a no show or cancel your event after the 24-hour request, your money will be forfeited since we held a seat for you. If you book an event of multiple participants and someone is unable to attend, that is a no show and non-refundable.

3. Please choose the correct number of participants so that we can prepare the correct amount of materials.

4. Candle making events or classes are 2 hours long. We ask that you and your party please be on time so that you may enjoy the full experience. If your entire party is not in attendance, we will move forward with the participants who are present. 

5. A 15-minute grace period will be offered. if your participants are more than 15 minutes late, they will be considered a no show. 

6. Participants must be 16 years old or older without supervision.

7. Children may only participate when always accompanied by a parent due to safety hazards. We do not offer classes or parties to children under the age of 7.

8. After your candle making experience, your candle will need time to cool and cure. Please allow at least 2 hours to cool and solidify before transporting your candle. 

9. For best results, please allow at least a 2-week curing time.
